I'm Treati, an LA–based multidisciplinary design consultant who helps founders, startups, and established brands identify opportunities, shape product vision, and bring ideas to life from early strategy through commercialization.

Over the past decade, I've worked across accessories, jewelry, home, furniture, beauty, hospitality, architecture, and consumer goods, leading projects that span product design, creative direction, branding, packaging, manufacturing, and launch. Whether developing a bespoke object or a globally distributed product line, I connect cultural insight, business strategy, and multidisciplinary design to create thoughtful products with lasting commercial value.

My career has taken me from designing award-winning architectural products and internationally recognized installations to leading jewelry and accessories for Cult Gaia, directing product design at RIOS and notNeutral, and most recently serving as Design Director for Adina Reyter. Across every role, I've been drawn to the same challenge: identifying what should exist next, aligning teams around a vision, and guiding ideas from concept to market.

I believe the best products live at the intersection of culture, craft, and commerce. I'm endlessly curious, highly collaborative, and equally comfortable sketching ideas, building prototypes, presenting strategy to leadership, or working alongside manufacturers to bring products into production. My goal is always the same: create work that people genuinely want and businesses can successfully grow.
